Spring 2026 - Middle School and High School Clinic
This program is designed for middle school and high school players looking to improve their skills in a structured, high-energy training environment. Players will train together while being grouped on court by ability level to ensure appropriate instruction and competitive hitting opportunities.
All sessions will be held at the Ivan Smith Tennis Complex, where we will have full access to the courts, allowing us to maximize court space, maintain high repetition, and ensure players receive ample live-ball and match-play opportunities.
Training will emphasize technical development, point construction, movement, and competitive play. Sessions may include:
Dead-ball drilling for stroke development and technical repetition
Live-ball training to build rally tolerance and decision-making
Point play and competitive games to translate practice into match situations
Footwork and movement patterns for improved court coverage
Situational training focused on match strategy and shot selection
The goal of this program is to help players develop consistency, confidence, and match readiness while providing a challenging training environment for players serious about improving their game.
Schedule:
Sessions are scheduled 6:30–8:30 PM and will primarily run on Mondays and Wednesdays and some Fridays
Weather & Schedule Adjustments:
The girls’ high school and middle school season takes precedence for court usage. Additionally, weather may impact court availability. As a result, schedule adjustments may occur, and any changes will be communicated in advance.
Session Options:
14-Session Training Block
Players attend all scheduled sessions during the training block. This option is recommended for players seeking consistent training and the most development time on court.
7-Session Flex Option
Players may attend any 7 sessions within the scheduled program window. This option provides flexibility for players with other sports or schedule conflicts.
