T-FIT: Tennis Fitness Training
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays | 6:45–7:30 AM
T-FIT is our tennis-specific performance program designed for serious athletes looking to improve speed, strength, agility, quickness, and mobility while reducing injury risk. Led by Coach Keith Cecil, sessions are tailored to the physical demands of competitive tennis.
Each session includes dynamic warm-ups, plyometrics, resistance training, core development, footwork drills, and mobility work.
Eligibility:High School Varsity (any high school) and Southside High Performance players only
Registration Options:
8-Session Pack (flexible use)
15-Session Pack (Full Program) – Pricing is built for flexibility; athletes may miss up to 2 sessions or attend all 15 and receive 2 sessions at no additional cost
Capacity: Limited to the first 24 athletes
Equipment: Athletes should bring a yoga mat, jump rope, and resistance bands. Additional details will be provided after registration.
About Coach Keith Cecil
Keith Cecil, MS, CSCS
Coach Keith is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Level 2 Certified Tennis Professional through the Professional Tennis Registry. TFIT
His experience includes:
Former Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for all 20 varsity sports at Transylvania University
Developed 22 NSCA All-Americans
Trained over 4,000 student-athletes
Former Assistant Men’s & Women’s Tennis Coach at Transylvania University
Teams achieved 6 conference championships and 7 NCAA tournament appearances
Currently on staff with Southside Tennis and serves as an assistant coach with the Center Grove Boys Tennis Team TFIT
Coach Keith brings a unique combination of high-level athletic development and competitive tennis experience, helping players build the physical tools needed for tournament play and long-term performance.
